Approve System Template

Once the System Template is reviewed and submitted for Approval by the reviewer, respective "Approver" of the System template, with appropriate access, can Approve the template and if needed, provide comments.

Perform the following steps to approve the System Template:

1. Go to Genix Platform > Digital App Center > My Apps > Asset Performance Management > APM Foundation.

2. Click Template Definition section.

3. Go to System Template tab and locate the template which you want to review, using the filters, search option or manually.

   Ensure that your user ID is assigned in the Approver column.

4. Click the respective template assigned to you for approval. Template Details tab is displayed.

5. Review the details entered in Template Details and Parameters page. View the consolidated details in the Summary page.

6. Click the drop-down and select the new owner for the asset template, if required.

7. Click Review and Approver tab.

8. Click the drop-down and select new owner (creator) for the system template, if required.

9. Click Approve button to approve the template.

   If you want to send the template to the creator for change, click Send back button.

10. Enter your comments in the Add Comments dialog box and click Submit.

    When the approver approves the template, the system sends an email to the template owner, reviewer, and approver.
